Eiza started her career in 2007 with tv series
Lola, érase una vez, in which she portrayed as Lola Valente. In April 2009, she appeared in an episode of television series Mujeres Asesinas. In 2010, she starred in teen sitcom Sueña conmigo.
In 2012, González starred in Amores verdaderos. In 2013, she was selected as a cast member of television series, From Dusk till Dawn: The Series. In 2014, Eiza hosted the MTV Millennial Awards at the World Trade Center Mexico City.
In 2017, she starred in Baby Driver, alongside Ansel Elgort, Lily James, Jamie Foxx, and several other actors. She also starred in The Fast and the Furious franchise- Hobbs & Shaw (2019.)
