He gained huge popularity and worldwide recognition playing the role of “El Profesor” in Money Heist. He is the protagonist and leader of the gang (Money Heist) who assaults on the Royal Mint and the Bank of Spain in Madrid.
Álvaro is surprisingly a producer and director as well. Morte was born in Algeciras, Cádiz, Spain, on February 23, 1975. Morte has also starred in The Pier and Love in Difficult Times.
