Ryan Gosling Career

Ryan started his career in 1993 as a child star in The Mickey Mouse Club (1993–1995.) In 2001, he starred in an American Drama Film The Believer. In 2002, Ryan appeared in a psychological thriller Murder by Numbers alongside Sandra Bullock.

In the year 2003, he portrayed in The Slaughter Rule and The United States of Leland2004 was an amazing year for him. His movie-indeed a superhit movie- The Notebook garnered him immense popularity. Notebook in 2004 grossed over $115 million worldwide. Ryan bagged four Teen Choice Awards and an MTV Movie Award for his commendable performance.

In 2005, he appeared in Stay, a psychological thriller film directed by Marc Forster. His movie, Half Nelson, helped him nominate for an Academy Award. Two years later, Gosling was seen in Lars and the Real Girl.

In 2007, he starred in courtroom thriller Fracture, opposite Anthony Hopkins. He took a break from his career and in 2010 and 2011 he starred in 5 movies: Blue Valentine (2010), All Good Things (2010), ReGeneration (2010), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), Drive (2011.) In 2012, Gosling appeared in The Place Beyond the Pines. 

In 2013, he appeared in Only God Forgives, directed by Nicolas Winding Refn. He directed- his first movie- Lost River in 2013. The film didn’t do a great job and received terrible reviews.

In 2015, he portrayed in The Big Short. The following year, he starred in The Nice Guys and La La LandThe movie La La Land bagged him Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.

In the following years, he starred in movies like Song to Song (2017) and Blade Runner 2049 (2017).
